Yep! We have warnings for a blizzard here in Chicago to last over 24 hours and it can come. My husband came home early from work, I stocked up on milk, bread, and eggs, and ham and bean soup and bread are cooking for dinner. The storm was suppose to start at 3:00. It's snowing and blowing but I wouldn't say it's a blizzard yet. But as I've watched out my front window I've witnessed the following: A poor mailman that was trying to push his cart of mail through the clingy heavy snow, someone walking backwards to avoid the fierce wind, and someone running. I would have thought he would have had more on...
It's hard to capture falling snow so even if the pictures don't show it, it is snowing:

Crazy!! I'm glad Chris gets to be home with you! Hope you're staying warm . . . we're also gearing up for another big storm on it's way so we'll be staying IN tomorrow, too :)
