Graduation

Three years that went too fast! Mixed feelings are shared between Chris and me as we look back. Chris loves school so much that he's sad to leave it behind and enter the real world. I'm sad to leave behind "happy valley" and all our friends. On the other hand we're both ready to get an income.

Commemoration was great though. I enjoyed all the speakers and it was quite insightful and inspiring. There were a few times I almost caught myself from crying I was sad that graduation was "the end". I loved going into law school with the boys to visit their dad and got to know quite a few students and was sad to know we won't be making that trip anymore at least it won't be the same anymore. But celebrate we did, Chris style. We had a barbecue with avocados, pineapple, bacon, grilled onions, specially seasoned patties and brats.

Pictures to document the event!

I hear ya Sister...on the crying thing. I told Jeff I held strong, but had to hold the tears back a few times. It is just overwhelming to think it's DONE and to think of all the up and coming NEW changes to happen. Exiting, but nonetheless overwhelming. Good luck in getting everything started. Any more house shopping these days?

Yeah! Congrats you guys!
You made it (Marge especially)! I can't believe it has already been a year since Andy's graduation. Looking at your pictures makes me a bit jealous! We loved the whole graduation experience. Enjoy it while you can!

Hey Chris--now you can "legally" give advice!!!
I felt a tug on the heartstrings as I looked at your pictures and read your comments, Marj. Another chapter in your life--one you definitely will always remember...

Congrats!! It really is not "the end." Chris will be learning so much more as he starts his career in the "real world." And just think no homework. I was thrilled about that part.

Congratulations! I have to say, I had a pretty difficult time moving away from Provo-and all of our awesome friends there. I do take comfort in knowing that others are moving on and I don't feel like I am missing out on so much!
