Both my boys LOVE pickles and nuts, something Chris does not understand in the slightest. Last night Spencer kept going to the fridge pointing to the pickles and finally Chris took them out and once he did Spencer had the biggest smile and started dancing and twirling like we were giving him a big bowl of ice cream. I totally understand. I love pickles:)
This happened awhile ago but talking about the fridge reminded me of it. Spencer has been really difficult as of late and I know it's a phase but honestly want it to end soon. First he went through a phase of possessiveness and wanting to push everyone and now he's into crying constantly because sometimes he wants things and other times I swear he doesn't even know what he wants but just cries because he's not content for some reason. Anyways, back to the first phase and the fridge. There was a period of time where he was possessive of the fridge. He'd open it up sit in it and just wait for someone to approach him. One day Jared went up to him to see what he was doing and Spencer charged him and pushed him back. Jared looked at him and walked away. About 5-10 mins later Spencer again opened the fridge. Jared took a more safe approach by observing him accross the room by the dishwasher (8ft away). But Spencer still charged him right into the dishwasher. Oh child of mine! He still gets in the fridge often but luckily he's not possessive of it anymore.

Cute stories. I especially love Spencer's commando skills getting out of the pantry!
I don't think I've ever heard of a baby being possessive over a fridge. Cute story and pickle video Marjorie.
I love that pickle boy!
haha, I love that the need for a daring escape did not hinder his pickle recovery! He is getting so big!
