When Miles was about six months old we used some of Chris' paternity leave to go up to Wisconsin Dells and escape the winter. This city has a myriad of indoor water parks. The place where we stayed both times has three indoor water parks that are all inclusive with your stay:). From the first time we decided there was one thing we could've done better and that was to go with another family. Since this was so last minute I thought the chances of getting friends to go would be slim but we lucked out! It was the perfect week for our friends the Watkins to go. They'd been to The Dells before and wanted to go back with another family as well. So we left on a Wednesday morning enjoyed three days of water, arcades, slides, and mustn't forget the candy shop. This time round Chris and I were able to go on a few rides we couldn't last year because they had to have at least two riders and Jared was too short to be a second rider. We swapped with the Watkins and enjoyed the thrill:). We even tried to get Jared on one of the rides and they let him. He loved it. I loved watching his face. This kid is expressive and talked it up after he was done. I can't wait for theme parks when all my boys are tall enough. It's going to be a blast!
